Grape

Description

The composition of grapes varies depending on whether they are white or black grapes. Two types of nutrients stand out in both: sugars, mainly glucose and fructose, which are more abundant in white grapes, and vitamins (folic acid and vitamin B6). The latter in an amount that is only surpassed by dried fruits and tropical fruits such as avocado, banana, custard apple, guava and mango. Their richness in sugars makes them one of the most caloric fruits.
